Notifications of residence of foreigners for business system (Online)

According to section 38 of the 1979 immigration act, “House owners, heads of household, landlords or managers of hotels who accommodate foreign nationals on a temporary basis who stay in the kingdom legally, must notify the local immigration authorities within 24 hours from the time of arrival of the foreign national."

This is a system developed to provide convenience to owners of establishments, hotels, guesthouses, mansions, apartments, or rental houses in general able to notify the residence of foreigners staying via the internet according to the TM.30 form, which supports PC, Notebook, Tablet, and Smart phone devices.

How to step to notify foreigners to stay

Start using the system by registering to receive a user code for accessing the system ...

Add an address

Create address information to be used as information for notifying foreigners to stay...

Notify residences

Adding address

Address information It is important information used for notifying foreigners to stay. After the user has successfully registered to use the residential notification system. The next step is to add information in the menu. Profile
Address information It consists of 3 parts of information: host information, address information. and reference documents Users are advised to prepare their information before adding. To add an address that accepts foreigners to stay There are steps as follows:

1. Login into the system, then click the icon "profile".
2. Click menu Profile.
3. Click the button "เพิ่ม / Add" in section "The address to receive foreigners to stay".
4. Fill in the details of the addresses including:
4.1 Home owner/Establishment owner information
4.2 Address information
4.3 Supporting documents (Attach file)
5. Click the button "บันทึก / Save" to save address information where the address information will have an Approved status.
If you want to add another address Repeat steps 3-5.

Important Note Fields marked with * mean required fields. No spaces required.

Note : There are three states of address information:
1. Approved means residence information that can be used to notify the acceptance of foreigners to stay.
2. Inactive means residence information that is considered temporarily suspended by immigration officials and cannot be used to notify of accepting foreigners to stay.
3. Deleted means residential information that the user has deleted. Cannot be used to notify foreigners to stay.

Editing Address

In the event that there is a change in address information and user registration information. Users must also update their information. The steps are as follows:
1. Login into the system, then click the profile icon, then click the Profile menu.
2. Edit the required registrant details.
3. Edit the address information, click the Edit button of the desired item. When clicking the Edit button, the system will display a warning message. In case of editing information, the registrant must save the information first.

5. Click the button Save.
